A Modern brand new 3-bedroom luxury Villa just metres from Golden beach, quietly nestling in one of North West Corfu’s best Resorts, Agios Stefanos Avliotes. Newly built, The Halcyon (meaning a Kingfisher, said to nest in the Sea, charming the wind and the waves into calm, according to mythical Ancient Greek) combines charm and style with space and light in abundance. Sleeping up to 6 adults and 2 children and with a large fitted kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms (1 with bath), large Satellite TV, outdoor dining, pool with kid zone, parking and loads of seating around the villa and on the large balcony. Just 2 minutes walk down the hill to the Beach, the villa has an elevated view across the bay to the 3 Diapontian islands and Albania beyond, with the pretty village unfolding around you.

Booking Conditions
– Price offers can be made individual on request, depends the traveldate, number of people, length of stay etc.
– Price start from 363 €/Night low season (max. 6 People, additional Children for 10 €/Night extra (max. 2 Children aged 2-12)). In addition a breakage deposit of 150€ is charged
– The booking deposit have to be paid on bank transfer and varies between 10% and 100% depending the time of booking before arrival
– A Short – Term – Villa Rental Agreement between Owner and Guest is obligatory
– The rest payment have to be paid within 8 weeks before your arrival day
– Tourist Tax (15€/Day) prior to arrival or in cash on arrival
– Check in any day after 16:00 p.m. or on request
– Check out on Monday – Friday 10:00 a.m. or on request
– Transfers to & from the airport can be arranged on extra charge with ExploreMyCorfu
