Peli & Maria Apartments

In 1980, a tailor, called Lakis, who used to live in Athens, came to San Stefanos to spend his holidays with his family and he fell in love with the place. He decided to give up his life in Athens and move to Corfu, build a house here and stay for good.

As the years went by, tourism developed in San Stefanos and Lakis started building apartments to rent to visitors, which consisted of one, two or three bedrooms; he also created a gift shop.

Today, his daughters, Peli and Maria, take care of the apartments, and they’re really good at it! The apartments are located only 2 minutes from the centre of San Stefanos, offering a view over the bay and the serene environment. Also, they are 5 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from the closest pool, which you can use for free. The apartments have recently been renovated to a high standard, making guests feel at home.

The apartments can accommodate 2-6 people. There are 5 apartments with one room, which can accommodate two people. Most of them also have a sofa, for a 3rd person, while another bed can be added for free, since there is ample space. Each apartment has got a beautifully decorated bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. Two of the apartments have a balcony with a lovely view; the other three have got a terrace. They all have sun-beds.
There are also 4 apartments with 2 bedrooms, with a large kitchen, a bathroom, a small living room and big bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. An extra bed can be added, if needed. Two of these apartments gave large front and back gardens. The other two have a balcony with a beautiful view over San Stefanos.
For larger families, we can offer a three bedroom bungalow, which comprises two big bedrooms, with a double bed and two single beds. All the verandas are surrounded by many flowers, especially roses and many trees.
