Our team is based in Corfu. It consists of local chefs with over a decade of experience in hospitality and certified advanced professional culinary and pastry skills. They have been trained in order to meet the international ISO and HACCP standards of food safety management. Most importantly, they all share the passion for well-cooked traditional food and the eagerness to provide as many people as possible with this extraordinary tasting experience!
We handpick the finest and most fresh ingredients in close cooperation with our premium external partners from the local market. We prepare the food on-site for you, set and decorate the table, serve each course and of course do the clean up afterwards.
Before our arrival we will form a personalized menu that caters your individual needs, taking into serious consideration your taste, your preferences and your dietary requirements, such as food allergies and restrictions.
We also provide mixology services and cooking classes upon request.
